1. User responsibility

You may only upload or use logos, images, text, files, trademarks, brand materials, and other content that you own or have permission to use.

You are responsible for ensuring that products created through Product Creator do not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

2. AI output

AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be unique.

Similar or identical concepts, phrases, layouts, or imagery may be generated for other users. Laws concerning copyright and AI-generated works differ between jurisdictions and continue to evolve.

Product Creator does not guarantee copyright registration eligibility, exclusivity, trademark availability, or non-infringement.

3. Reporting infringement

If you believe material made available through Product Creator infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, send a notice to info@affiliateprofitpages.com.

Please include:

• identification of the protected work;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material;
• information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material;
• your name and contact information;
• a statement explaining your rights and why you believe the use is unauthorized; and
• any additional statements or signature required under the law applicable to your claim.

We may request additional information before acting on a notice.

4. Repeat or serious infringement

Where appropriate and legally permitted, Product Creator may restrict or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious intellectual-property infringement.
