Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Product Creator's billing and cancellation rules to be clear before you purchase.

1. No refunds

All Product Creator purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Product Creator provides immediate access to software, AI-assisted generation, and digital-product creation features. Once access has been provided, users may create, generate, download, or export digital assets that cannot be returned to Product Creator.

For this reason, we do not provide refunds for initial purchases, subscription payments, completed AI generations, used credits, or unused time remaining in a billing period.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Product Creator subscription at any time using the cancellation option available in your account or by contacting info@affiliateprofitpages.com.

Cancellation prevents your subscription from renewing and prevents future subscription charges.

Cancelling does not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid Product Creator account through the end of the period you have already paid for. At the end of that period, your paid access will end.

3. Your created products and exported assets

Products and assets you have already downloaded or exported remain yours, subject to the Product Creator Terms of Service and any applicable third-party rights.

Ending or cancelling your Product Creator subscription does not require you to return products or assets you have already downloaded or exported.

4. AI generations and credits

AI generations, generation credits, and other usage-based resources may create immediate third-party processing costs and may be consumed as soon as they are used.

Completed generations and consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5. Technical problems

If a verified technical problem prevents you from accessing a paid feature, contact info@affiliateprofitpages.com. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and correct the issue.

A technical support request does not automatically create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
